Spiced Spanish Balsamic

This dark balsamic vinegar is made from the Pedro Ximenez grape, which is used to make a dessert wine and other red varietal grapes from the Jerez region of Spain. Imagine port wine turned into balsamic vinegar. Raw and unpasteurized. No sugar, caramel coloring, or preservatives added. It contains naturally occurring sulfites.
