In the heart of the Depression Era, Frank Sauder started a door-to-door delivery business. Several mornings a week, he loaded a truck with the freshest vegetables, poultry and eggs produced on his farm and the farms of his Lancaster County neighbors. He quickly won the market with his high quality products and his amazing prices, which allowed for the expansion of daily operations. Since then, multiple generations of his family have taken over the business and rapidly expanded the company.
