Black Winter Truffle

These truffles are widely used because of their similar characteristics to the white truffles. Their taste is very sharp, similar to garlic. Can be used combined with oil, cut into thin slices, slightly heated with a dash of parmesan cheese. This makes it excellent on toasted bread, pasta, meat and fish.
